A place for guests to view our wedding weekend schedule, and help to plan your time in Scottsdale. We’ve tried to summarize some of the relevant info for your stay: hotel options, activities, and most importantly the days & timing of the main events. Please RSVP right here on our site. We can’t wait to see you in the desert!
After Party
We’d love you to join us to celebrate after the ceremony at 6 pm. The only thing you need is a good mood.
Photos
Photos will be taken before the ceremony at 3 pm so make sure to arrive on time
First dance
Our first dance as a married couple will be at 7 pm then we’d hope to see you on the dancefloor.

Cake
Everyone loves cake and hours will be cut at 9 pm. Get your sweet thoot ready.
How to get there
As you can see from the below map the Venue is pretty much at the airport so the easiest to arrive is to go to the Phoenix Skyharbour International Airport.
Look for the Scottsdale Hangar One and once you get close you will definitely see the signs on where to park and to go.
